Exterior Facade Renovation

This project consisted of giving the existing exterior a face lift. Components of the project included new siding on the second floor, a new front entry door design, enclosing the carport, and redesigning the entry porch. Although the actual construction modifications done to the existing house were minor, the overall look of the house changed dramatically. The client has a very contemporary design aesthetic and had extensively updated the interior of their home at an earlier time. This renovation has brought a consistent look to both the interior and exterior of this home.
