Historic District Renovation

This home sits on a quiet private street in the heart of Chapel Hill’s Historic District. The project consisted of adding a formal covered entry, the addition of a master bedroom suite, a new dining room, and a covered sitting porch on the rear of the house. The existing exterior details were also updated to give the home a more elegant feel.
