Construction Management

Once construction begins, Steven Joseph Design can act as liaison between client and builder. This service ensures that the intent of the design is being followed, as well as aiding in problem solving during the construction process.  Another client benefit is helping with decisions that need to be made in selecting things such as appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures, finish materials, and paint colors.

Steven Joseph Design can be hired as needed for on-site consultations to problem solve, or at regular intervals to check on the progress of the project during the various phases of construction.

Some clients are unable to visit jobsites as frequently as they would like and having an independent construction manager can reduce errors by reviewing daily progress and then providing reports either by phone, email, or in person.
